  • The form below will help Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) know who is applying as a sponsor and make determinations on the fitness as a sponsor for the 2026 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference (KAHC26). KHC will score sponsorship applications on the following standards:

    • Completeness of information (30 Points)
    • Applicant affiliations with affordable housing (30 points)
    • Alignment of applicant’s work/mission with KHC’s programs/mission (40 points)

    KHC’s determination that a bidder is a prohibited source does not disqualify a Bidder from being awarded a sponsorship. Multiple Sponsorships may be awarded for the same period of time, specific event, or purchase or need.

    Please list the contact for the exhibit booth that will be available to answer questions about virtual and in-person setup for the organization. All sponsor booths are 10'x10' and can be configured with optional table and two chairs (included with sponsorship), as well as power and internet hookups (additional fee to be paid directly to the exposition services at Northern Kentucky Convention Center).

    Once a sponsor’s application has been approved, their provided information will be used to create a related profile within the conference app. This profile is customizable and allows the named applicant and contacts from this form assign self-service registrations using a custom per-organization link.

    Individuals must complete separate conference registration, which is available on the exhibitor portal for the 2026 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference, and custom links will be sent with remittance information upon acceptance of sponsorship. Payment for additional registrations must be paid through the registration system, not included with sponsorship payment.

    I hereby certify that all of the information provided by me in this application (or any other accompanying or required documents) is correct, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the falsification, misrepresentation or omission of any facts in said documents will be cause for denial of acceptance as a sponsor for the 2026 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference.

    I understand that neither sponsors nor sponsor applicants will receive any preferential treatment from Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) as a result their participation in this sponsorship opportunity. KHC hereby explicitly states that any participation or non-participation in this sponsorship activity shall have no bearing or influence on KHC decision-making with respect to non-sponsorship matters.
